The Ohio 211 Lunch-and-Learn event will focus on how the 211 Helpline can be a valuable resource for assisting legislators in handling their constituent affairs calls and improving constituent relations.
The 211 Helpline is available 24/7/365 and is answered by 211 trained specialists that provide live assistance and connection to over 100,000 local community programs across Ohio, including employment support, veteran’s assistance, health, housing, food, utility assistance, and much more. In 2022 alone, 211 served over 800,000 Ohioans.
